About the service
How does SaudiMoving work?
You choose the type of move and give both cities and districts, the size of your home, floor and lift, extras and the date. We pass your request to moving companies, who contact you with their offers.
Is the service free?
Yes — sending a request is free and without obligation. Price and details are agreed directly between you and the company.
Is SaudiMoving a moving company?
No, we pass requests to moving companies. The company you choose carries out the move and is responsible for it.
Can I move to another city?
Yes — choose the delivery city in the request, and read about moving between cities and popular routes.
Can I request assembly and packing with the move?
Yes — choose the extras you need in the same request: packing, assembly, kitchen, AC units, crane, temporary storage and cleaning.
Requests and follow-up
Who will contact me after I send a request?
Moving companies or service providers that serve your city and route; some may ask for photos or a visit before a final offer.
Do I need to know the exact moving date?
No — you can choose “flexible ± a few days” or “not decided yet”. A rough date helps companies check availability.
Can I choose WhatsApp?
Yes — in the last step you choose your preferred channel: call or WhatsApp. Email is optional.
Who is responsible if something is damaged?
The company carrying out the move, under your agreement with it. Ask each company how it handles damage and whether goods-in-transit cover can be arranged, and read what to check on moving day.
Do you set the prices?
No — companies set prices in their offers. Our moving cost guide explains what affects the price.
Privacy and data
How do you use my data?
We use your details only to pass your request to the moving companies relevant to it, after your explicit consent. Your rights and how to make a request about your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Should I enter my full address in the form?
No — the district and city are enough. Give the exact address and location to the company you choose, after you agree.
